Pleasant
Lots of maintenance issues of the hotel throughout that makes its star rating around 3 to us.
Room with poor electrical items in the room (kettle). No bar fridge or microwave. Room was too hot, so aircom is bit low. Walls and floors are not regularly maintained throughout due to a finding issue as we were told. Gym was too hot and apparently broken aircom and 4 gym equipments, no fans :(

Wi-Fi doesn’t work, hair dryier doesn’t work, old rusty hotel, the tables at the pool were made of plastic barrels of unknown substances and dirty.

All good except one rude reception staff
delux room with the sea view is beautiful. cleanliness was ok and the F&B staff who we have dealt with are very supportive.
Reception staff who ever answer the phone when I have requested to have a late checkout were very rude. Totally understand if they couldn't give late check out in a back to back situation as he mentioned. but the way he expressed it were really unacceptable and he declined the line before i finish the conversation. Unbelievable manners for a hotelier!!!
